All equipped with a LED skipping rope to participate in a unique event in the middle of the night!
JUMP ONLY is a lesson of 45 minutes 100% cardio, based totally on the skipping rope accessible to all,
which consists in learning techniques of alternating jumps with recovery steps.
At the end of the session we take all the steps learned in order to create a choreography.
